Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a IT Audit Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $140,000 to $150,000 per year.Job Responsibilities

• Execute the SOX program by conducting walkthroughs, testing IT controls, identifying gaps, and monitoring remediation efforts.
• Lead IT operational audits from start to completion, including planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, and documentation.
• Participate in risk assessment discussions to define audit objectives, scope, and develop audit programs.
• Develop remediation strategies to assist control owners in improving the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Contribute to internal department initiatives, including training, operational audits, and internal reviews as needed.

• 5+ years of experience in internal audit or public accounting; Big 4 experience preferred.
• Proficiency in IT general controls, system development lifecycle methodologies, and application controls.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint functionality.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Accounting, or Finance.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) preferred.
• Experience performing assessments related to cybersecurity, data protection, or PCI compliance is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as required.
