IT AssistantPURPOSE: The IT Assistant is responsible for End-of-Day processing, the processing of cash letters, to assist with IT help desk, and to assist with electronic and internet banking issues when needed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Assist in identifying and resolving network connectivity problems, hardware issues, and software issues.
- Assis the IT manager with the installation of hardware and software.
- Provide technical support and assistance to users with network-related issues.
- Provides general and technical support to customers and employees for electronic and internet banking operations.
- Assist with item processing.
- The incumbent has the responsibility to acquire and maintain the required knowledge of State and Federal Banking Regulations and Policies and those Regulations and Policies inherent to position requirements.
- Follow all other instructions and perform any other job-related duties.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILL:
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational experience.
- Knowledge of Windows based software.
- A+ Certificate preferred.
- Must be detailed oriented.
