Requirements

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the development, implementation, and strategic alignment of AI-driven solutions across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AI technologies, machine learning, data science, and automation, with a deep understanding of cloud-based architectures, governance, and technical presales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Architecture & Strategy: Define and drive AI architecture and technical presales aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Enterprise AI Integration: Implement AI solutions across ERP, CRM, HR, Supply Chain, integrating Microsoft automation tools like Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Model Development & Optimization: Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Data Engineering & AI Infrastructure: Build scalable AI infrastructure capable of managing large datasets and optimizing AI pipelines.
  • POC & Innovation Projects: Collaborate with offshore teams to drive proofs-of-concept (POC) and innovation projects, performing hands-on work.
  • Cloud & AI Platforms: Utilize Azure AI, OpenAI, and other AI tools to develop secure, cost-effective solutions.
  • Governance & Compliance: Lead AI governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring responsible AI adoption.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business leaders, executives, and customers to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use cases.
  • Technology Leadership: Stay ahead of AI trends, conducting research and implementing cutting-edge machine learning techniques.
  • MLOps & AI Experimentation: Apply MLOps frameworks, experimentation techniques, and cloud-native AI platforms to enhance AI effectiveness.
  • Executive Reporting & Strategy: Present roadmaps, impact summaries, and AI strategies to senior leadership, supporting decision-making processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8-13 years in AI, digital transformation, enterprise tech leadership, or data engineering.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Gen AI Tech, Advanced RAG, Vector-based AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
  • Programming & AI Frameworks: Strong skills in Python, R, Java, and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
  • Cloud & Automation: Hands-on experience with Microsoft automation tools, Power Automate, Power Platform, and Azure AI.
  • AI Governance & Risk: Strong background in AI risk management, responsible AI, compliance, and data privacy regulations.
  • Business & Leadership Skills: Ability to align technical initiatives with business impact, lead enterprise AI discussions, and drive adoption.
  • Communication & Strategy: Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities with excellent communication skills.
