How You Will Succeed
- Design and develop product architecture for MES and Digital Execution solutions based on deep technical expertise.
- Ensure compatibility, integration, interoperability, stability, scalability, and usability of products/services, maintaining an integrated architecture across technologies.
- Serve as a technical expert on solution design, development, and implementation to meet business needs.
- Design secure systems considering security, privacy, and data integrity, ensuring compliance.
- Communicate complex technical information effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence senior leadership decisions.
- Understand business processes at LMF and apply this knowledge to support operational workflows, collaborating with Process Engineers, Operations, Quality, and Scientists.
- Drive site adoption of solutions, aligning with Site and IT strategies and external trends.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to establish technical vision and balance usability with performance.
- Review and approve documentation such as Validation Lifecycle documents, SOPs, policies, IQPQ protocols, etc.
Qualifications
- Experience in designing and developing IT architecture (process, applications, data, technology) aligned with enterprise standards.
- Experience supporting Computer System Validation and Data Integrity compliance.
- Proficiency in defining system requirements like performance, security, interoperability, and ensuring these are met.
- Ability to guide technical teams including developers and project managers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects.
- Extensive MES experience, especially with integrations involving Automation, Lab, and other IT platforms.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as MES Syncade, PharmaSuite, Client-X, Tulip, and integration technologies (SAP, LIMS, DeltaV, MQTT, UNS, Aveva PI, Data Lakes, etc.).
- Knowledge of platform practices like infrastructure qualification, patching, monitoring, log analysis, edge computing, site reliability engineering, disaster recovery.
- Skills in languages and tools such as Python, JSON, YAML, SQL, Git, C#, XML, REST, OPCUA, Data Modeling, Web Development, Cloud architectures.
- Ability to develop and oversee project plans and communicate project status effectively.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience with Pharmaceutical MES technologies (e.g., Rockwell Pharma Suite, Emerson Syncade, Siemens Camstar, Werum Client-X).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in API manufacturing facilities.

- On-site work required 4 days a week.
