Job summary:

This contractor will be responsible for creating or configuring conditions, scripts, images, statements, or code within high-risk, complex applications. They will collaborate with Project Management Offices (PMOs), the vendor, and project team members to build and configure Planview Portfolios, a Strategic Project Management Solution. Responsibilities include designing applications based on PMO requirements, retiring current solutions, providing system design recommendations, and administrating and configuring the application. Collaboration with ERPMO, IT Platforms, and Business PMOs on processes, standards, and global configurations is essential.

Initial tasks include designing, building, and configuring integrations between AgilePlace and Azure DevOps using Planview Hub (Tasktop). The role involves working with customers to define requirements, build and maintain integration mappings, test integrations, create documentation, troubleshoot, and support production.

Education:

Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities:
  • Lead meetings with IT and Business areas to understand application requirements.
  • Define and document requirements, ensuring they are comprehensive, testable, and usable.
  • Work with vendors to make necessary application changes.
  • Provide reporting and analysis to ensure requirements are met.
  • Support and maintain assigned applications.
  • Create artifacts such as documentation and diagrams for system design and implementation.
  • Review system capacity, data archiving, and retention needs.
  • Qualifications:Education and Experience:
    • Associate's Degree or higher in IT or Business-related discipline plus at least six years of related experience, or
    • At least eight years of relevant work experience in technical tool administration.
    Skills:Required:
    • Experience designing, configuring, and supporting complex applications.
    • Deep knowledge of IT technologies, software, and data exchanges.
    • Proficiency with two or more IT systems or applications.
    • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
    Preferred:
    • Experience with Planview Portfolios and other Planview solutions.
    • Experience with configuring Planview Hub (Tasktop).
