As an Engineering Lead, you are responsible leading and coaching agile teams on architecting, designing, building and delivering business applications for DLL's North American Regional APIs. You should have experience with cloud-native APIs in a serverless environment with NodeJS and Typescript. You will be responsible for driving best practices in API Design, Serverless Cloud Architecture, and performant APIs that serve our business-critical applications. In this role you will be responsible for working with the product organization to understand business requirements and ensuring the delivery is meeting that business need. You will lead multiple Agile delivery teams to ensure team success and coach them to size, manage scope, design optimal technical solutions, identify and mitigate technical risks. You will also work with the members of your team to develop themselves and achieve their personal and organizational career goals.
In this role you will be part of the team setting the vision for the North American Regional APIs both technically and strategically. The various initiatives for the team affect multiple business units, large end-user populations, portfolio and contract management, and other areas of solution delivery within the organization. As such, this position is critical to ensuring the appropriate stakeholders are engaged in evaluating the optimal solution design to meet our complex business needs. The position requires someone with excellent communications skills (verbal and written), the ability to manage multiple requirements with various levels of definition, and the desire to effectively work with disparate teams throughout a diverse business community.

Applicable Pay Range
$144,157.60 - $216,236.40
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
