Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual for an entry-level technical position within our IT team. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including helpdesk support for beginning to intermediate requests, computer and electronic equipment installation, IT inventory management, software installation and configuration, and a range of financial and administrative tasks. This position operates in a fast-paced environment, supporting on-site and remote users with troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance tasks.
Additionally, the role involves collaboration with IT personnel and vendors for complex issue resolution, assisting in user training, and participating in significant IT projects.

Salary and Benefits This is an hourly, non-exempt position, with a wage range of $27.52 - $34.80 per hour. The pay range listed here reflects the FULL pay range for this position for the current fiscal year. Salary offers are based on the candidate's equivalent experience and internal equity with other employees within the same job classification.
