ISSJ III– SIGINT Analyst – Subject Matter Expert (SME) - BTS Software Solutions : Job Details

POSITION AVAILABLE UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Primary Location: Ft Liberty, NC

Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

BTS Software Solutions is seeking SIGINT Analysts with advanced SIGINT knowledge to identify and confirm individuals, organizations, facilities, locations, trends, or patterns of interest related to high-value targets or networks. Analysts will coordinate SIGINT procedures with internal and external activities to ensure collection, dissemination, and geo-location activities follow guidance and directives. Candidates should have proficiency with NSA and other SIGINT databases, including Dial Network Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI), and demonstrate familiarity with current SIGINT systems, databases, and tools.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of SIGINT analyst experience at full performance level, including 5+ years working with USSOCOM SOF or national intelligence agencies such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting special operations intelligence.
• Superior proficiency with current all-source analytical techniques, methodologies, and trends.
• Experience with all-source intelligence tools.
• 3+ years of experience writing finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages).
• Experience delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6)/GS-15 level or higher.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and SIGINT databases supporting analysis and product development.
• Experience with intelligence automation tools and databases.
• Strong briefing skills and ability to influence SIGINT operations.
• Hands-on experience with SIGINT analysis, systems, tools, databases, reporting, and collection management.
• Experience with SOF and Counterterrorism (CT) intelligence is highly desirable.
