ISSJ III– Intelligence Targeting Analyst (ITA) – Expert - BTS Software Solutions : Job Details

POSITION AVAILABLE UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Primary Location: Ft Liberty, NC

Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

BTS Software Solutions is seeking Intelligence Targeting Analysts to support target development in both CONUS and deployed environments, focusing on intelligence collection, CT, and counter-proliferation. Analysts will have in-depth skills to identify, assess, and report on enemy capabilities and tactics, supporting target development and strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence analysis. They will enable the F3EAD targeting cycle, driving intelligence collection and target development.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent agencies, with at least four (4) years at the operational level.
• Proficiency with current all-source analytical techniques, methodologies, processes, and trends.
• Expertise with the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
• Experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher.
• At least two (2) years of targeting experience within the last three (3) years.
• Advanced knowledge of HVI/Network targeting, nodal analysis, and proficiency with the F3EAD targeting process.
• Proficiency with current applications and automation tools supporting target development and analysis.
• Excellent briefing skills and experience leading subordinate analysts in producing intelligence products.
• Experience in CT, Regional Analysis, and Geo-Political Analysis.
