ISF Coordinator - Expeditors International of Washington : Job Details

Monitoring and filing Customs Importer Security Filings (ISF). File ISF filings and provide all other ISF filing activities according to Expeditors policies, customer needs and applicable regulations - Provide exceptional customer service, keep in close contact with customer and origin office to make sure the shipment is filed accurately and timely - Ensure that all work is handled efficiently by ensuring filings are completed timely & accurately. Maintain timeliness & accuracy of ISF filings by monitoring workboard and ISF tool - Work out discrepancies of filing not on file - Assist with Monitoring all ISF filings (in not ready, rejected, accepted w/warnings, draft status) on a daily basis - Monitor IHO Events from origin on workboard - Assist with reporting (mismatch report troubleshooting) - Ensure you adhere to the required minimum of 52 annual training hours for all staff Qualifications.
