Responsibilities:

• Bolting steel working on lifts installing ceilings working on a pre-engineered building connect steel
• Use a spud wrench connecting columns bolting up secondary steel Z-herts in the walls, some framing and decking to put together in a pre-existing building
• Install and reinforce steel structures and frameworks in industrial manufacturing settings
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Erect structures, secure components, overlay with cladding/roofing
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Installing bolts, flanges, channels, and support beams using manual wrenches, pneumatic wrenches, and steel rivets
• Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality and safety

Qualifications:

• Iron Worker Certification or Training is a Plus
• 4+ years experience in an ironworker position
• Own hand tools
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prior experience in the Commercial Or Industrial Mechanical field (required)
• Prior experience & References (required)
• Position will require a drug screen & Background check performed by the site before entry
