Investor Relations Analyst - Private Equity Firm Midtown - Coda Search Staffing : Job Details

Our client, a well-respected private equity firm in Midtown is looking for an Analyst to sit on their Investor Relations team. This person will focus on new fund launches, investor due diligence, onboarding and correspondence. The firm has a great reputation in the market and is a long-term client of Coda Search.

Ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the financial services space in a client facing or investor relations role.

Responsibilities:

• Interface with the investment, portfolio, and finance teams to support ongoing investor relations activities, including data analysis, financial modeling, writing investor update letters, and quarterly reporting
• Prepare and maintain presentation materials for meetings/calls with investors, prospects, and consultants
• Prepare responses to DDQs and RFPs and maintain database related to investor inquiries

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in a client services or investor relations function.
• Bachelor's degree
