Investment Services Representative - The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank : Job Details

Assist Osaic Investment Executives in the operation and development of the Investment Services program in conformance with established Bank and Osaic objectives, policies and procedures. This individual provides excellent client service to promote long term client relationships and communication with all areas of the bank. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Process paperwork and transactions, open new accounts, check paperwork for accuracy, transmit documents and checks. Set up and maintain client files; retain pertinent statements or other paperwork as needed. Ensure files comply with Osaic and Bank policies and procedures. Follow and adhere to all regulatory requirements including OFAC, BSA, etc. Scan checks and ensure accuracy of account credits. Enter and monitor mutual funds and stocks orders; process annuity purchases. Check Items For Attention (IFA) daily, being alert to immediate actionable items.
