The position involves providing client relationship management and investment banking services, including strategic advisory for corporate and private equity clients related to buyside and sellside M&A, debt and equity capital raising. Industry coverage includes industrials, financial sponsors, consumer and retail, healthcare, financial institutions, energy, and TMT sectors. Senior professionals are expected to generate a balanced mix of M&A, debt, and equity capital raising transactions ranging from $7 million to $30 million, and to promote the bank's treasury and payment solutions, as well as other financial services. They also serve the bank's corporate banking clients in partnership with coverage professionals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The annual base salary in New York is $225,000.
