Our partner is a fast-paced, full-service financial firm specializing in retirement planning. Recognized nationally for its consistent growth and client service excellence, the organization operates multiple offices across Utah, Idaho, and Washington.
They are currently seeking a full-time Investment Advisor Representative for their Kirkland or Lynwood, WA office. This is a fully on-site role; relocation is required and supported through a relocation allowance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, present, and implement customized retirement strategies
- Guide clients through financial solutions including annuities, life insurance, long-term care options, and managed investment portfolios
- Offer financial planning advice across investment, insurance, and retirement topics
- Establish, manage, and retain client relationships
- Achieve individual and team goals by following established processes
- Participate in public financial seminars and deliver presentations
- Attend weekly team meetings virtually via Zoom
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in financial services
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and database tools; familiarity with both Windows and Mac OS
- State Insurance License (Required)
- Series 65 License (or Series 7/66 combination) (Required)
- Knowledge of the financial services industry

- Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000
- Commission Structure:
- 10% commission in year one
- Option to shift to 25% commission based on performance
- Up to 30% commission in future years
