Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Investigation Intake Specialist for a full-time, onsite role in Boyers, PA. An Active Secret clearance is strongly preferred; candidates without this clearance must be eligible and willing to undergo the clearance process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and schedule cases according to Federal Investigation Standards, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up with various agencies to collect missing information necessary for case scheduling.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting project and operations management.
• Perform repetitive clerical tasks, including document verification and managing routine calls.
• Examine case materials for compliance with contract requirements and Federal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under direct supervision while resolving basic issues.
• Must be able to be present onsite in Boyers, PA.
