Position Details: This position is full-time and onsite in Boyers, PA. An Active Secret clearance is strongly preferred. If you do not currently possess one, you must be eligible and willing to undergo the clearance process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle moderately difficult assignments requiring sound judgement in issue resolution.
• Perform clerical tasks such as document verification, manage routine calls, and greet guests.
• Provide administrative support across departments, identifying needs and supporting project management.

Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Screen and schedule cases in alignment with Federal Investigation Standards.
• Follow up with agencies to obtain missing information necessary for case schedules.
• Report to the Department head or Team Lead.
• Examine case materials to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Support application ingestion and collaborate with agencies to secure necessary data.

Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:

• Operate under direct supervision, addressing basic issues and referring complex problems to senior staff.
• Possess foundational knowledge of subject matter with 1 year of relevant experience.
• High School diploma required.
• Active Secret clearance is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Boyers, PA.
