EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of managerial/leadership experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain roles. Proficiency with computer hardware and software, including MS Office (Excel, Word), MS Project, and Adobe. Familiarity with ERP systems and their functionality. Strong communication, problem-solving, and motivational skills. Certification to operate light-duty forklifts and equipment (e.g., Lull, Man-Lift). Ability to lift 50 pounds. Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physically demanding tasks, including repetitive motions and heavy lifting. Familiarity with tools like pallet jacks and lift trucks; ability to climb and operate warehouse equipment. Flexible scheduling availability. Experience working with diverse teams and departments.
