Inventory Specialist - Primo Water Corporation : Job Details

We are seeking an Inventory Specialist responsible for administrative duties and operating a forklift for unloading and loading trucks. The role requires manual handling of products and is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Stamford, CT

Pay: $25.80/hour + paid overtime

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6AM to 2:30PM, OT as needed

• Load and unload trailers as required
• Ship, receive, and validate all product deliveries and returns
• Restock products as needed, following FIFO
• Organize and stage products to support daily warehouse operations
• Conduct daily inventory counts and RMS entries for various containers
• Perform AM checkout processes, including random audits
• Handle and account for damaged products and in-house usage
• Order supplies weekly
• Complete end-of-month inventory processes and QC bottles for return and restocking
• Count finished goods for factory and perform random audits
• Verify changes during AM shifts
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Perform light facility maintenance and security inspections

• Strong attention to detail
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to handle physical requirements, including lifting up to 80 pounds
• Experience with inventory counts and audits
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts
• Valid driver's license
• PC skills preferred (e.g., Excel)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
