The Inventory Planner reports to the Inventory Planning Manager and is responsible for developing and maintaining effective forecasting models based on industry trends and demand patterns for the Supply Chain product catalog. Responsibilities include conducting monthly forecast maintenance, supporting management with risk assessments, proposing and implementing solutions to improve forecast accuracy, and communicating forecast and inventory estimations effectively.

• Perform regular inventory counts.
• Suggest changes to inventory warehousing to meet demand fluctuations.
• Analyze inventory statistics to determine sales and maintain inventory levels.
• Place inventory orders and track shipments.
• Draft and maintain inventory reports.
• Report inventory statistics and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory databases and systems.
• Analyze market trends for optimal purchasing times.

• Knowledge of Supply Chain ERP systems and Manhattan SCALE.
• Understanding of inventory management practices.
• Basic mathematical and statistical skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics Management (additional experience may substitute for education).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, or related field within healthcare.

Minimum $28.47/hour - Maximum $47.00/hour. Compensation will be based on experience and role scope. Salary discussions for ranges displayed as $0 will occur during screening.
