Inventory Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator

FIGUR8 is seeking an Inventory Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator to be the sole owner of our inventory operations. Responsibilities:

Inventory Planning / Supply Chain - 20%

  • Manage inventory demand planning, forecasting, and ensuring inventory levels align with sales and operational needs.
  • Manage manufacturer, vendor, and logistics provider relationships to ensure timely procurement of materials and product deliveries.
  • Manage vendor invoices and costs; maintain clear and accurate records.

Inventory Operations - 50%

  • Conduct cycle counts, monthly and quarterly, to ensure inventory accuracy and maintain real-time data integrity using the inventory management system.
  • Manage daily inventory system entries, including FIFO cost tracking, serial tracking, stock transfers, and product reassembly entries.
  • Process stock movement, return, order fulfillment, and other warehouse operations according to system records and company protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies, implementing corrective measures to prevent future issues.
  • Support process improvement and conduct operations according to company policies and FDA protocols.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency and propose and implement solutions that scale with company growth.

Inventory Fulfillment / Warehouse Management - 30%

  • Sole owner of the order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate and on-time product deliveries to customers.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer success teams to address order-related inquiries, issues, product returns, and replacements.
  • Manage logistics providers and fulfillment process to streamline shipping.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory operations, logistics coordination, or supply chain planning or a related role.
  • Proven experience in supply chain, inventory forecasting, implementing and managing cycle count programs; strong knowledge of best practices for inventory control, warehouse management, and order fulfillment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems for inventory management (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Zoho Inventory or similar platforms).
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office & Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
