JOB DESCRIPTION

SUMMARY: At ALLSERV, we are seeking an experienced Inventory Count Specialist to join our team for a project-based role. Candidates will be paid a day rate for the time spent on the project and will receive full-time benefits, including health insurance, 401K, and PTO accrual. The person must be willing to travel for the project and be available to start immediately.

JOB TITLE: Warehouse Inventory Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment managing inventory and materials.
• Experience performing inventory counts.
• Strong knowledge of materials and warehouse best practices.
• Competency in using mobile applications for data collection.
• Intermediate skills in ERP and MS Office.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at the client's site.
• Available to start immediately.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform physical inventory counts following ALLSERV procedures in client-facing environments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems.
• Report regularly using RIGSERV applications and MS Office (mainly Excel).
• Lead meetings to review inventory findings with customers and management.
