Inventory Coordinator - Nemacolin Woodlands Resort : Job Details

The Receiving Coordinator is responsible for the flow of merchandise in and out of the Retail Inventory Room. This individual will process all incoming deliveries; receiving, quality checks, ticketing and coordinate the delivery of product to each individual outlet. This position supports both the Inventory and Merchandise Manager in all functions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reconcile incoming product deliveries from Purchasing log Check in delivered product against corresponding receiver Receive all retail product in Yellow Dog Notify Retail Group of deliveries for the business day Transfers as required Deliver Product to each outlet Assist with retrieval of invoices as needed Notify Buyers of any variances with shipments Ticketing of all Retail product going to sales floor Assist with shipping of merchandise to guests/vendors Perform returns to vendors (RT - As) Maintain organization and cleanliness of Retail Inventory room Assist with inventory functions such as cycle counts, annual physi...Inventory Coordinator, Inventory, Retail Inventory, Coordinator, Associate, Hotel
