**Inventory Coordinator**

**WHY THIS ROLE IS MISSION-CRITICAL** This role will monitor outbound Pharmapacks orders to FBA and WFS to ensure we are compensated for lost or damaged product at the marketplace warehouses. + Reconciles shipments on Amazon and Walmart.

+ Reports on stranded, overstock and non performing products

+ Maintains physical copies of BOL and invoices and scans documents into Google drive.

+ Monitors outbound shipments in Seller Central and Seller Center

+ Runs reports in Seller Central and Seller Center

+ Conducts other related duties as may be assigned from time to time

+ Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information

+ Reconciles FBA and WFS shipments to ensure we have inventory accuracy

+ Maintains tracking documents to ensure we can provide BOL and invoices as needed to support Amazon and Walmart marketplace inventory

+ Implements standard procedures and looks for opportunities to improve productivity.

**WHO YOU ARE: Experiences, Qualifications and Traits**

+ Proficient experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive

+ Possesses excellent organization skills

+ Has the ability to multitask and work under deadlines

+ Proficient experience with Adobe

+ Has experience with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center

+ Is detail oriented, good at record keeping and follow up
