Job Description: The Inventory Control Specialist responsibilities include ensuring material accuracy through daily cycle counts, data collection, and documentation of material usage and movement. This role involves compiling and analyzing data, reporting findings, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and collaborating with teams to resolve inventory discrepancies. Pay Range: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour Shift: First Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Perform daily cycle counts and collect data to ensure material inventory accuracy. -Document, compile, and analyze data related to material usage, movement, and availability. -Communicate findings and inventory issues through email, messaging platforms, and meetings. -Enter inventory adjustments and submit necessary approval or material requests to purchasing. -Troubleshoot basic computer and printer issues that impact inventory processes. -Collaborate with management and teams to resolve material flow problems and maintain 5S standards. Job Requirements: -Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office, email, and messaging platforms (e.g., Skype). -Experience with program interfacing and inventory software (e.g., Seradex). -Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and team collaboration. -Excellent documentation and data entry abilities with attention to detail. -Ability to troubleshoot basic computer and printer issues. -Strong organizational skills and familiarity with 5S workplace standards. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team in meetings and small group settings. -Must be able to read a tape measure.
