Job Title: Inventory Control Manager

Location: Teterboro, New Jersey (100% on-site)

Compensation : $90,000 - $100,000; medical, dental, vision, 401K

Hours: 5:30 am - 2 pm

Job Summary:

LHH is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee their client's Spares Cycle Count and Inventory Control Department. This role is responsible for developing and implementing both scheduled and demand-based cycle counts for spare parts located at TEB and external warehouses managed by the Spares Department. The position will also conduct audits of documents, transactions, and procedures related to inventory, as well as generate management reports detailing cycle count results and audit findings. Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• College degree (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of inventory cycle count/inventory control experience
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of cycle count procedures and inventory control principles
• Experience with an inventory ERP system (SAP preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional Desired Qualifications:

• SAP experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with ISO procedures (preferred)
