Valvoline has a rewarding opportunity for a full-time **Inventory Control Coordinator** (ICC). The ICC is responsible for ensuring accurate and precise inventory control and reporting for the Cincinnati Direct Market. The incumbent will be the subject matter expert for inventory related matters and will serve as backup for other functions.

**How Youll Make an Impact**

In the role, you would be responsible for:

* Processing transactions and monitoring inbound and outbound deliveries

* Creating, verifying and reconciling inventory counts in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley

* Managing the accounting for and disposition of claims, returns, scrap and re-work including any associated shipments

* Performing daily efficient truck routing using Ortec routing software, creating and submitting vendor managed bulk orders using Optilfill and Dash software

* Point of contact for Sales Team on any issues/concerns with customer deliveries, changes, requests or customer/sales pickups

* Providing backup for other functions as required by facility manager/supervisor

* Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion

**What Youll Need**

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* Minimum of two years' experience in a manufacturing, customer service and/or warehouse environment

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* Must be proficient with a computer with direct knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SharePoint and Teams

* Ability to lift 40 lbs a few times per shift

* This position will spend 70% of their time at an ergonomic desk (stand or sit)

* This position will spend some time in warehouse environment performing various duties

* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

* Valid Driver's License
