Inventory Control Analyst - Addison Group : Job Details

We're working with a global gaming company in San Mateo that's hiring an Inventory Control Analyst on a 9-month contract in a hybrid schedule. Day to day, you'll be reconciling inventory across distribution centers, managing tariff-impacted goods, resolving SAP S/4 EDI iDoc errors, and preparing reports and executive-level summaries while working closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics teams. You'll be working heavily in SAP S/4, Excel, and PowerPoint, so strong technical skills in those areas are a must. They're looking for someone with at least 5 years of inventory management or planning experience who can step in and hit the ground running.

Duration: 9-month contract

Compensation: $40-57/hr

What you'll be doing:

• Manage daily inventory reconciliation across the Americas.
• Coordinate with Planning and Logistics on tariff-impacted goods.
• Resolve SAP S/4 EDI iDoc errors.
• Prepare weekly reports and monthly executive summaries.
• Partner with Finance, Logistics, and Inventory teams to ensure compliance.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in Inventory Management or Planning
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Strong communication skills and Excel proficiency
• Advanced SAP experience, including S/4 GUI (MB52, ME2M, IDOC Management, Purchase Order/Delivery management)
• EDI knowledge and background in Inventory Control, Quality Systems, or Project Management a plus
