Inventory Clerk SS Night - Simmons Prepared Foods : Job Details

Collects data from production runs of various products and completes all necessary paperwork. Verifies each batch run meets the customer specifications and guidelines. Checks for variances in; packaging, ingredients, weights, etc. Records information into computer spreadsheets and applications. Supports compliance with product specifications and notifies Production of potential issues or defects. Participates as a member of the Team. Participates in ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies; coordinates work to ensure B. E. S. T practices with all team members. Attends appropriate team meetings.
