Job Description :

As the Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory locations and supplies, such as parts, equipment, and tools for the Engineering (Maintenance) Department.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Represent Westgate Resorts professionally at all times.
  • Perform room inspections and input data into HOTSOS, balancing this with inventory expectations.
  • Safeguard Westgate Resorts' property and inventory.
  • Handle receiving, handling, and accounting of inventory stock.
  • Issue supplies, materials, and equipment to engineering team members.
  • Complete paperwork for items issued to team members.
  • Maintain and update labeling systems for inventory items.
  • Maintain inventory levels for each stocked item, ensuring they do not fall below minimum levels.
  • Conduct weekly inventory counts and maintain tracking systems for stocked items and power tools.
  • Organize and maintain all engineering inventory locations.
  • Receive delivered supplies, verify them against purchase orders, and inspect for quality.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts as needed, typically annually.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing department for supply acquisitions.
  • Prepare and submit order acquisition forms to the purchasing coordinator.
  • Provide coverage for the Purchasing Coordinator during vacations or absences, processing requisitions via Oracle Fusion.
  • Perform other reasonable requests as directed.
  • Work hours will vary based on business needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • Qualifications
  • One year of related experience or training required.
  • One to two years of technical training or maintenance technician experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
