INVENTORY CLERK - 1st Shift - McCormick & Company : Job Details

Under the supervision of the Warehouse Team Manager, the Inventory Clerk performs regularly scheduled cycle counts of finished goods, raw, packaging and in-process materials. RESPONSIBILITIES: Counts and moves materials in the production and warehouse areas. Audits Process Orders using SAP reports to assure variance targets are met or resolved on a timely basis. Compares physical inventory counts with inventory levels shown in SAP. Reconciles any discrepancies and reports to the appropriate parties. Monitors operations and transaction activities for process adherence to help ensure inventory accuracy. Participates in training and process improvement activities with production and warehouse teams. Proactively encourages continuous improvement and daily problem-solving initiatives to increase operational effectiveness and efficiencies.
