This position is located in St. Johnsbury, VT. The starting wage range is $17.50 - $19.50. This part-time position offers paid hours based on availability and business needs. WIS is hiring immediately in surrounding areas and offers a productivity-based wage increase up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, with a maximum of $5.00. Referral bonuses are available, and there are opportunities for career growth, employee-paid health, vision, dental, life & disability plans, and a 401k plan. WIS provides inventory solutions to a broad array of retail, grocery, and specialty customers across the nation. As an Inventory Associate, you will scan the barcodes for the current inventory at customer locations to provide them with proper inventory information that will assist them in making better business decisions and better supporting their customers. Team Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • We encourage applications from candidates who: have no experience or returning to the workforce, have military experience, do not have a high school or college degree
  • Associates with experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Picker, Packer, Driver and/or Warehouse work are also welcome
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional hours, including flexible schedules

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
  • Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
  • Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
  • Ability to frequently use a ladder
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
