As our **Inventory Assistant**, you are one of the most important team members at **Norm Reeves Port Charlotte**. Youre responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves experience for all of our guests and using your communication skills to identify needs and offer trade in solutions to our sales department.

Your work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves experience. This role is a great way for a dedicated and outgoing person to kick start your sales career with us!

**What youll do:**

* Manages all incoming KBB Instant Cash Offer leads that come through.

* Uses Vinsolutions and VAuto tools daily to contact customers

* Contact vehicle owners and attempt to purchase their vehicles

* Maintain customer database and communicating with them

* Greet and offer assistance to customers with desired vehicles

* Follow up on leads from Kelly Blue Book

* Review vehicle condition reports

* Determine wholesale and retail prices

* Inspect and accept vehicles arriving onsite

* Create and execute reconditioning plan to prepare the vehicle for sale

* Use sound judgment, research, and excellent interpersonal skills to make offers on vehicles

* Turn prospective buyers to a salesperson

* The expectation for the month is a goal of 25 vehicles purchased

* Work with management to identify current inventory needs

* Additional duties as assigned my management

**What youll need:**

* A valid drivers license and acceptable driving record

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Proficient with CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite or related software

* Strong communication and negotiating skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to function well in a high-paced environment

* Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
