We are working with a client in the Miami Lakes area that is looking for a Inventory Analyst to join their team.

The hours are 10am - 6pm, with the option to work on weekends.

MUST be fluent in English and Spanish

Position Summary

The Inventory Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records across multiple facilities within the company's food manufacturing operations. This role will focus on tracking raw, work in process and finished goods inventory—from receipt of product through production, storage, and final distribution. The Inventory Analyst ensures product movement is properly recorded, reconciled, and available to support production schedules and customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and reconcile daily inventory levels across five inventory locations
  • Track product movement from raw product to finished goods and through final storage/distribution.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and stock issues.
  • Partner with production, warehouse, and distribution teams to ensure accurate product transfers and usage reporting.
  • Maintain inventory records within ERP or inventory management systems, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and distribute regular inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements in inventory management.
  • Support cycle counts and physical inventory counts; lead reconciliation efforts to ensure alignment between physical stock and system records.
  • Assist with forecasting inventory needs to align with production and sales demands.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • MUST be fluent in English and Spanish
  • 2–4 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics (experience in food and beverage manufacturing or distribution strongly preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of food industry compliance, product traceability, and warehouse best practices preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
