Inventory Analyst - TSMG : Job Details

Project Process Description:The main idea of the project is to provide interactive panoramas from street-level positions worldwide. It includes building, testing, deploying, and maintaining imagery hardware and sensors used on various platforms.The Inventory Coordinator is part of the Field Solutions team. Their responsibilities include supporting domestic and international movement of imagery collection equipment, ensuring adherence to country-specific regulations, liaising with HWO Logistics, managing stock, scheduled counts, and forecastingDetailed Roles & Responsibilities:Provide support for equipment purchasing, logistics, and liaising with shipping partnersMaintain inventory stock levels to meet quarterly operational demandCoordinate shipments with logistics suppliers to ensure timely deliveryCalculate and track lead times, ETA/ETDGenerate monthly shortage reportsAssist in forecasting, managing local inventory, and distributionFacilitate packaging and labeling of dangerous goodsCollaborate with procurement for supply availability and mitigation updatesCreate and manage parts lists and replenishment levelsDevelop processes for forecast modeling and exception managementOversee demand forecasting and regional allocationsCommunicate inventory movement (inbound/outbound) to stakeholdersSupport physical inventory counts as requiredQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a related field3+ years in logistics, vendor, or warehouse managementDomain Experience in Hardware Operations: Minimum 2 yearsSpreadsheet, stock management, and forecasting familiarityComfort in fast-changing environmentsExperience with any ERP toolsStrong interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levelsPlease apply and let's meet!
