Inventory Analyst - General Mills : Job Details

Mills is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our Hannibal, Missouri manufacturing team. In this highly cross-functional role, you will serve as the primary steward of inventory integrity across our three-site network. This position is ideal for someone with a strong financial mindset, analytical rigor, and a deep understanding of how inventory flows through complex systems including ERP and WMS platforms. Youll partner closely with Finance, Logistics, and Operations teams to monitor, analyze, and continuously improve inventory processes from receipt to consumption. Your insights and actions will directly support cost savings, inventory accuracy, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.
