Inventory Analyst (28335) - Dahl Consulting : Job Details

• Worksite Location: Faribault, MN-hybrid, first 2 months on site, then 3 days per week
• Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 annually

What you'll do as the Inventory Analyst:

• Monitor inventory levels across multiple product lines and locations
• Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement
• Develop and maintain inventory reports and performance metrics
• Partner with supply chain and production teams to optimize inventory planning and ensure timely delivery
• Support the development of inventory forecasting models
• Recommend and implement strategies to reduce carrying costs and improve the accuracy of inventory records
• Assist with cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies as needed

What you need to become the Inventory Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
• 3–5+ years of experience in inventory analysis or related field
• Strong financial and analytical background
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new processes in a dynamic environment
