Inventory Admin (2nd Shift) - Yoh : Job Details

Title: Inventory Admin Salary: $22-26/hr DOE Location: Dallas, TX Type: Contract/Temporary (3 Months) Shift: Evening-3pm-11pm Responsibilities: Conduct routine inventory audits to verify consistency between physical counts and system data Track and document inventory flow across all stages, including incoming shipments, internal transfers, and outgoing orders Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and production teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts Regularly evaluate stock trends to maintain optimal inventory levels and support operational efficiency Requirements: Skilled in using spreadsheets and inventory control platforms, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools Strong interpersonal and team coordination abilities Capable of handling shifting priorities and maintaining efficiency in high-paced work settings Highly attentive to detail and accuracy in task execution Able to work independently with minimal supervision while staying accountable to deadlines and goals Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
