The Learning & Development Intern will be responsible for supporting, improving and sustaining learning processes consistent with team objectives. Interact with supply chain, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions.

Required Skills

• Support Learning & Development courses
• Provide creative development for e-learnings
• Participate in new hire on-boarding follow-up and surveys
• Coordinate content and data migration efforts
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on course management

Required Experience

• Learning background a plus;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft;
• Team player, resourceful, curious, open to feedback;
• Self-starter, Positive, Energetic;
• Sophomore, Junior or Senior currently pursuing a BA/BS
• Nice to have: Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline multimedia production;
• Also nice to have: portfolio to demonstrate graphic design experience (if applicable).
• MS Office Suite
• Actively enrolled in a 4-year Degree
