We are a family owned and operated local home improvement company looking for Call Center Representatives to answer inbound and make outbound calls. NOcold calling!! The successful candidate will have excellent computer and communication skills, be a good listener, be dependable and reliable. We have FULL and PART TIME openings for DAY, EVENING and WEEKEND shifts.

Responsibilities Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Follow communication scripts when handling different topics Identify customers needs, clarify information, relay information properly Set appointments and handle customer inquiries and concerns while providing excellent customer service Qualifications Previous experience in a customer support role Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Familiarity with CRM systems a plus but willing to train the right people with computer skills Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, set priorities and manage time effectively Call Center or Inside Sales experience a plus but not required Hours 40 hours per week
