Job Description:
At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As an International Training and Deployment Coordinator, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on a cleared International Training and Deployment Coordinator joining our team to support our intelligence customer.
Responsibilities:
Performs work associated with both import and export administration
Provides advice on the issues of import/export licenses
Coordinates all documentation related to the import/export process
Participates in the preparation of customer import/export planning activities
Ensures compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to help successfully facilitate international assignments and relocation services
Draft and administer international and/or relocation agreements
Provide guidance to management on international HR policies and procedures
Research and develop compliance approaches for global mobility in home and host country
Coordinate with tax, payroll, and other functional departments to facilitate global mobility compliance and service programs
Provide standard orientation and training for employees
Ensure personnel completes proper training and deployment readiness according to their TDY assignment
May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
May serve as a team or task lead
Qualifications:
BA/BS or equivalent, 5+ years of experience
Active Top Secret clearance required

The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
