International Networks, Volunteers & Programs Director - The University of Rochester : Job Details

The International Networks, Volunteers & Programs Director is responsible for strategic planning, creation, implementation, and maintenance of a widespread international alumni engagement program that fosters strong relationships and broad support from alumni while expanding volunteer leadership and creating a pipeline for future support. With an emphasis on broad alumni outreach, this leadership level role represents the Alumni Relations and Constituent Engagement international engagement strategy in collaboration with academic units in Advancement and all schools at the University and with campus partners. The director oversees the identification, recruitment, cultivation, and stewardship of volunteers and develops, plans, and implements events and digital engagement. They track and analyze event data, identifying outreach opportunities and progress towards program goals.
