The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $90,000 - $110,000 per year. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States. This role is eligible for performance bonus.
The pay range is not guaranteed compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as a discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
As an Internal Sales Engineer at GEA, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by providing technical insight, developing tailored proposals, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions to our customers. This position serves as a vital link between Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing, ensuring customer needs are accurately translated into feasible and competitive offerings.
This role also serves as an entry point for future growth opportunities within GEA, with a structured onboarding and development plan designed to prepare you for more advanced positions over time.
