Empower Yourself.The Internal Sales Consultant (ISC) plays a critical role in supporting, coordinating and executing high-stakes requests for proposals (RFPs), finalist presentations, and onboarding implementation efforts for Large/Mega Government retirement plan clients. The ISC ensures that milestones are precisely tracked, stakeholders are aligned, and client deliverables are completed with precision and within tight deadlines.The ISC role requires exceptional attention to detail, rigorous time management, and a passion for process excellence across multiple, simultaneous engagements.What you will doSupport assigned Regional Sales Director(s) with joint development and execution of a business plan, territory management, and scheduling appointmentsOwn the end-to-end workflow, and execute the RFP Checklist, including:Initial RFP question responses (typically 100questions)Kickoff internal scheduling and ensure stakeholder alignmentAnalyze fund lineups for asset management placementDeliver pricing for new opportunities that create sustainabilityComplete required entries in Salesforce, Workfront, and internal strategy decksCoordinate with various departments including external wholesalers, underwriting, investments, trust, strategic relations, and contractsEnsure accurate and timely delivery of drafts, pricing requests, and final submissionsProject manage the finals presentation preparation, including:Session scheduling (kickoff, 1:1s, walk-throughs, dry runs)Presentation deck construction, approvals, proofing, and printingTravel planning, team communication, and post-final follow-upsRespond to advisor/consultant inquiries and escalate issues as appropriate to sales and/or ongoing service teamWhat you will bringBachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent work experience3years of project management experience, in retirement or financial servicesUnderstanding of the retirement plan services industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlinesExceptional attention to detail with proven ability to track and manage extensive documentation and communication threadsExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Adobe AcrobatFINRA Series 6 and 63 registration and insurance licensing required within established timelinesFINRA fingerprinting requiredWhat will set you apartBackground supporting RFP processes, finalist interviews, or client onboarding for institutional/government clientsPrior experience coordinating cross-functional team deliverables under regulatory/compliance constraints#PJGOV Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time, including CPT/OPT. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
