Job Overview
- Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Location: Groveton, NH (Rural community hospital)
- Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Call: Day call rotation; phone-based, once every 20 weeks
- Patient Population: All ages (or adults, depending on specialty)

What You ll Do
- Deliver full-spectrum primary care: exams, diagnostics, personalized treatment plans
- Manage chronic conditions and provide acute care follow-up
- Provide preventive services (screenings, immunizations, wellness checks)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle, and long-term health planning
- Refer to specialists as needed, and follow through on care coordination
- Keep documentation aligned with medical staff policies
- Participate in clinic quality initiatives and provide input to elevate care delivery

Ideal Candidate
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completed residency in Family or Internal Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (per WMC bylaws)
- ACLS & BLS certified via American Heart Association
- Passion for rural medicine and patient-centered care
