We are currently seeking Primary Care Physicians to provide primary care medical services in the hospital setting in Chicago, IL. Manage patients through the continuum of Skilled Nursing Facility care, and examine, diagnose, and treat common health problems, serious illnesses, and chronic conditions. Strong income potential. Requirements: - M.D. or D.O. degree, board-certified or board-eligible - Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency training: Minimal 2 year residency training – Current Valid Illinois medical license.
