The facility emphasizes work-life balance and features a close-knit team environment with convenient parking.Opportunity:Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Internal MedicineJob Details:• Provide healthcare to individuals and families ages 18 and older, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention• Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills• Work both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals• Join an enthusiastic, engaged team dedicated to the community• Participate in a patient-centered care model integrating MD, APP, RN, CA and support staff• Manage complex chronic health conditions• Work 100% clinic time with no hospital responsibilities• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with potential for half-day Saturdays (1-2x/year) or evening hours (4pm-7pm)• Future outreach opportunities available• Must demonstrate high level of customer service skills• Requires Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Minnesota required• Current RN licensure in Minnesota (for NPs)• Current CPR certification required• National certification in applicable area required• Successful completion of credentialing process prior to practiceCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
