Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner - TeamHealth : Job Details

Are you a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) looking for an exciting opportunity to care for patients and make a difference in their lives? If so, we want you to join our part-time team in Omak, WA.Opportunity Overview:

• 15 -20 patients per day
• Compensation and Benefits: Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service). Expected compensation is estimated income range of $23,000 to $28,000 annually with no cap on productivity bonus income potential.

Responsibilities:

• Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communities
• Inpatient rounding in skilled nursing facility, inpatient rehabilitation facility, and long-term care hospital
• Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines
• Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions
• Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meeting Medicare guidelines

Qualifications:

• Board Certified FNP, AGACNP, ACNP, AGPCNP, or PA-C
• Willing to train experienced candidates as well
• Licensed in state
