Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner - TeamHealth : Job Details

• Working in the town of Westerly, Rhode Island
• 15 -20 patients per day
• This is a full-time position

In addition to nurse practitioner (NP) candidates physician assistants (PA) candidates are welcome as wellCompensation and benefits: Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service). Expected compensation is estimated income range of $133,624 to $192,417 annually with no cap on productivity bonus income potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible.Responsibilities:

• Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communities
• Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines
• Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions
• Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meeting Medicare guidelines

Qualifications:

• Board Certified FNP, AGACNP, ACNP, or AGPCNP
• Willing to train experienced candidates as well
• Licensed in State
