This role involves onsite supervision of a 5-chair ambulatory infusion center, supporting primary care clinic providers, and handling televideo sick visits and in-basket management. Responsibilities:

• Work Hours:
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, including scheduled administrative time.
• Patient Load:
• Up to 6 patients per day.
• Duties:
• Supervise a 5-chair ambulatory infusion center with a full RN and support staff complement.
• Support primary care clinic providers with televideo sick visits and in-basket management.
• Support Staff:
• Full RN and support staff complement.
• Onsite nursing leadership.
• Patient scheduling support.
• Independence:
• The provider will practice independently, supervising the infusion center.
• EMR System:
• EPIC.

Qualifications:

• Certifications:
• BLS certification required.
• Licensure:
• Active Vermont NP license preferred.
• Experience:
• Experience in primary care and/or infusion services is highly preferred.
